As the Trips are hosted in Outsite spaces, we have very reliable and fast Wifi across all locations. Our spaces are typically quiet with plenty of plain backgrounds for those who need to be incognito.

Yes. Outsite Trips are only available to Outsite Members.

You’ll be travelling with 8–13 like-minded professionals from around the world. Most are in their 30s, blending creative, tech, and entrepreneurial work with a shared love of new experiences. Check out our Instagram to meet some of our Members.

If your Trip includes an airport transfer, it may be private or shared with other guests. Group transfers may involve waiting up to 90 minutes. You must provide your arrival info at least 14 days before your Trip. If you're delayed or don’t submit your info on time, we’ll do our best to help, but you may need to arrange your own ride.

Most guests do work remotely, but not all are full-time. You’ll also meet part-time freelancers, entrepreneurs launching new projects, and creatives chasing their next spark of inspiration.

Accommodation, workspace access, weekly events, welcome and farewell dinners, plus community manager support. Occasionally airport transfers and additional events are included, and optional activities will require an additional fee. See trip details for each location.

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you book your Trip. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee that all meals will be allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should take appropriate precautions.

Each location includes access to a work-friendly environment with fast Wi-Fi. Some locations have a dedicated coworking space, while others offer in-room desks and common areas designed for productivity.

Group sizes vary by location, but most Trips host around 8–13 participants.

Flights, visas, insurance, and meals outside of the listed group events. Optional add-ons (like surf lessons or language classes) are also extra.

Photos shown represent the room category, not a specific unit. Since rooms within each category vary in layout, size, and view, earlier bookings generally have the best chance of being placed in one of the more sought-after rooms.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies. Outsite does not provide insurance coverage.

A non-refundable $300 deposit is due at booking. The first payment is due 3 months before the Trip, and the remaining balance is due 2 months before the start date.

• Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking.

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable at any time.

• Cancel before the first payment deadline (3 months before the trip start): Receive a full refund minus the deposit.

• Cancel after the first payment (2–3 months before the trip start): Receive a 35% refund of the total trip cost. (Deposit and first payment are non-refundable.)

• Cancel within 2 months of the trip start: No refund will be issued.

• All cancellations must be sent in writing to reservations@outsite.co with the subject line: Outsite Trip [Location] Cancellation

• No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, flight issues, or unused services.

• If Outsite cancels a trip due to low enrolment, you may keep your accommodation and will receive a prorated refund for the trip activity fee.

• You must be an active Outsite Member to book a trip. Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your trip. Membership provides access to Outsite Trips and other member benefits.

In the case that we cancel a Trip, you’ll have the option to keep your accommodation at a discounted price and receive a refund for the Trip activity fee. Your community manager will still be able to help you arrange add-ons and excursions.

Non-Trip guests staying at the same location may be invited to public gatherings (like coffee chats) but not included in Trip-specific events unless they pay an activity fee (subject to availability).

Yes. Room configurations are based on availability, and an extra guest fee will apply.

Bookings are non-transferable to another person or date. If you’re unable to attend, the standard Trip cancellation policy applies.

Most group activities take 2–4 hours, leaving plenty of time to work, explore, or rest.

Yes, you can! There is an additional fee for the extra guest, please indicate in your application if you would like them to join.
